Refund policy

Please read carefully:

 All orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.  For defective products only ie: extreme shedding, claim must be filed within 15 days for refund or even exchange.  

Any alterations.  ie: bleach, perm, straighteners, color changes, haircuts made to hair extension or sizing adjustments made to wig renders wig non-refundable.

For defective products: email  must be submitted by the original purchaser to Contact us or email info@artistryhairextensions.com  A customer service representative will contact you within 3 business days. Once accepted, return label will be emailed.

Always ship with tracking. Artistry Hair Extensions will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. Once received, refunds will be issued to original form of payment or agreed upon comparable replacement will be shipped to original address.

Order Processing

No orders will be processed on weekends or holidays. Orders ship within 1-5 business days. Processing times for wigs can be up to 14 business days on rare occasions. Updates on delays will be provided. No changes can be made once order has been processed.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full upon submission. Most major credit cards are accepted through Shopify platform as well as PayPal. Fees are charged immediately upon receiving orders. 

 

Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction. Shipping verification may be required. 

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed
