Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS . It can take approximately 7 business days for orders to be delivered after the order has been shipped. Orders are shipped usually within 2 business days. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed. International orders typically take 10 business days for delivery once shipped. Shipping charges for overseas orders may vary. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order. If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit Contact us via email at info@artistryhairextensions.com. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost and was never delivered despite a correct address, a replacement will be sent.

Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to post office, weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products within the time promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. Any order errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed incorrect Item must be returned unused in original packaging. Return label will be provided. Upon receipt and confirmation correct Item will be shipped or refund issued to original payment source.
